New Fitness Classes
Cindi Wilson Instructor Join these programs for only $55 a month (walk-ins are $8 per class). Come to one or ALL of the below classes. These are continuous running programs; you may join at any time! Payment is due on the first day of class.
Sculpt & Tone
A fifty minute workout using a variety of formats, including step, tubes, body bars, medicine balls, resist-a-ball all to achieve a hi-lo workout to get the heart rate going. The results are toning, sculpting and calorie burning.
- Time: 9:30 am - 10:20 am
Core Zone Challenge
This intensive class focuses on building core strength, and flexibility exercise to target the large muscle groups, along with abdominal and upper body.
- Days: Tuesday and Thursdays
- Time: 10 - 11 a.m.
Is a pre-designed class that will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another PIYO is a hyper version of yoga, but With the benefits of deep breathing balance, stretching, strengthening and relaxation. And to top it all off, the music is awesome!

Ultimate Boot Camp
A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training
The Ultimate boot camp is designed in a way to be different all the time: and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. Although our instructor may push you like a drill sergeant our goal is to offer encouragement rather than Intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun
