Join our new FULL BODY workout Barre Fitness Class and meet our newest instructor, Laura DeJulius. Laura incorporates ballet barre technique with Yoga and Pilates to build core strength, also included is cardio and weight training to tone and refine muscles. While designed for a 55 plus age group, ANY age or experience level is welcome. Laura will provide instruction to suit the various student levels and physical concerns of each student and class. You'll work on stretching, balance exercises, and have fun while getting in shape in a comfortable atmosphere. You do not have to be a dancer to enjoy this great workout!
