Summit County Public Health is offering the new updated 25-26 COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations starting October 20th, 2025. Vaccinations will be given by appointment only on Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM. The clinic is located at 1867 W. Market St. Akron, Ohio 44313, Building C (enter through door10/back of the building). Please bring your photo ID and insurance card to your appointment.
COVID-19 (25-26) vaccine will be administered based upon CDC guidance regarding age and risk factors utilizing shared clinical decision making for all individuals 6 months and older.
Appointments may be requested online (https://www.scph.org/immunizations/appointments) or by phone (330-375-2772). Due to high call volume, please leave a message and it will be answered within 2 business days.
SCPH encourages those residents who are both vaccinated and unvaccinated to continue to engage in safe and effective behaviors to reduce the spread of viruses:
- Stay home if you’re sick, even with mild symptoms
- Follow good hygiene standards:
- Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- Use hand sanitizer frequently
- Avoid touching your face
- Cover coughs and sneezes
