If you do not see your accident report, that report has not been approved yet and will be up on the website shortly.<br><br> Completion of this form is not mandatory to receive a copy of any request, however, completion of this form will assist us to process your request more efficiently. Thank you for your cooperation.<br><br> - Charges for copies of a report are made in accordance with the Village of Richfield Public Records Policy. A request for a copy can be made at anytime.<br> - Report requests are processed Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, no Legal Holidays.<br> - Copies can be picked up, e-mailed, faxed, or mailed.
