Village Council
Title: Council Member
Phone: 330-659-9201, ext. 228

Carol is honored to serve the people of Richfield as one of your Village Council representatives. Her passion is building a local government that is open, transparent, and genuinely connected to the people it serves. Carol strongly believes every resident should feel informed, included, and empowered to help shape the future of our Village.

Carol brings more than 25 years of leadership experience from AT&T, where she earned the company’s top honors ten times in seven different roles. Her career includes overseeing large-scale operations with a $3.5 million monthly budget and supporting more than 2,500 employees across 23 states. A natural connector and problem-solver, Carol thrives on building strong relationships across internal teams, community partners, and stakeholders. Her business foundation began at K.V.C.C., grounding her in practical results-oriented leadership.

In 2016, Carol and her husband Joe launched Great Grins Photo Booth, which has become a fun and familiar addition to many local celebrations – from Revere school dances to community festivals, graduation parties, weddings, corporate events, and more.

Community service is deeply important to Carol. She served on the Richfield Village Tree and Landscape Committee, the Richfield Village Cemetery Board, and as Trip Coordinator for the Richfield Village Senior Center. Carol also proudly supports organizations such as the Battered Women’s Shelter, Hope & Healing Center, Milestones/Strike It Big for Autism, and various Cancer Walk fundraisers.

Carol has been married for many wonderful years to her best friend, and the funniest person she has ever known – “we laugh every single day, thanks to Joe.” They are the proud parents of their smart and talented son, a Revere graduate, and their amazing and beautiful daughter-in-law. At home, their household is joyfully rounded out by Scrappy, their wise 10-year-old rescue cat, and Crosby, their energetic 2.5-year-old golden retriever who gets Carol out on the trails often. Over the years, Carol and Joe have rescued more than a dozen cats and dogs and have loved them all. Carol’s work brought their family to Northeast Ohio, and they fell in love with Richfield and have lived here for over 23 years.

Carol is here to listen, to learn, and to work hard for the people of Richfield. Whether it is strengthening communication, increasing transparency, or supporting initiatives that make our community safer, greener, and more connected, her goal is to make local government feel accessible and responsive to everyone.

Carol thanks you for being part of our community-and thanks you for taking the time to get to know her. She looks forward to working together to keep Richfield a wonderful place to live, work, and thrive.
