Lets Get Moving


Yoga combines relaxation, meditation and stretching. It is low impact, but gives your body a great workout. Work at your individual ability.


Yoga is offered twice a week, Tuesday and Friday at 9:45 a.m.


The cost is $10 per class paid directly to the instructor.

Senior Center Yoga

Tai Chi

Tai Chi offered to people over 55. Richfield community members have the opportunity to take part in Tai Chi classes at the Richfield Senior Center. The teacher, Patrick Ernfield, works with each student at his or her ability.

Health Benefits

Tai Chi has many health benefits and helps participants strengthen their inner core and improve their balance. Tai Chi is an exercise/movement class stressing balance control, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.


Classes are offered on Wednesdays, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.


Cost is $7 per class paid directly to the teacher.
