Download Rules and  Instructions, complete the application and submit with payment to the Richfield Police Department.  Make sure you have all forms required  ** Copies of ODOT and /or County Permits MUST be attached.  

*Permit is validated by the Richfield Police Department Chief of Police and all permits must receive clearance from the Service Director.
